There are many wonderful things about Candy.  She is a good sized, solid, healthy full coated black bloodhound bitch.  BUT, Candy’s greatest asset is just being Candy.  She has a love of life that is a joy to behold.  She thoroughly believes that the world is there for her enjoyment and she does enjoy life to the fullest!  She has a wonderful personality, she loves all people and all animals. Candy has a great sense of humor and loves having a good time.  She excels at mantrailing and it is a wonder to watch her work.  It gives you some idea of the natural ability bestowed on this very talented breed of ours.

This “Daddy’s Girl” is game to do anything, as long as it involves doing it with us, whether it is trailing, going for a walk or curling up on the couch.  Fortunately, Candy has given this joie de vivre personality and temperament to her offspring.  Her puppies are placed in various parts of North America in Search and Rescue homes and in show homes.  Candy is the one who “lightens things up” in our home and makes a game out of everything.  We are indeed blessed to have this girl with us.
