The little liver lady is not only the foundation bitch of Heather’s Hounds, she is the heart and soul of our home and breeding program.

Puppy True, as she is called by her closest friends, is maintenance free and goes in yearly for her annual check-up.  She is very sound and healthy, even at 9 years young.  True is extremely well balanced, 25 inches at the shoulder and weighs 90 pounds.  She is Queen of the Whitcomb household.

True is a very proud Mother and Grandmother.  She has produced many wonderful pups for home, work and play.  True has offspring in Canada, the U.S. and South Africa.  We are proud of the accomplishments of those pups that work in law enforcement and in Search and Rescue.  True has to her credit, two multi Best in Show dogs and 2 multi Specialty winners on both sides of the border.  True herself is a member of the ABC Brood Bitch Hall of Fame.

True is a vital member of our home and deserves to be not only cherished but also loved and lavished.
